Return and Refund Policy

All sold items are non-refundable
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for store credit within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise (A 20% restocking fee is applicable)
All returns and exchanges must be in original resalable condition with the original tags and packaging intact
Please contact us at info@fareastquonleys.ca to obtain a return authorization (RA) number prior to sending the item back for an exchange or return. Note* A (RA) number is not required for in-store return
Return shipping must be done within 7 business days. Package/Return arriving at our store late shall not be accepted
